01What Spectre is

Spectre is an educational trading mentorship. It includes video lessons, written notes, trade recaps, live lectures, a private Discord community, and personal journal reviews. It is education only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a signal service. I don't manage money or trade on your behalf.

02Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement where you live.

03Applications

Applying doesn't guarantee acceptance. I review applications personally and can decline any application for any reason.

04Payment

• The mentorship price is given on your call.
• Payment plans may be offered. If you're on a plan, you agree to make every payment on time.
• Deposits are non-refundable and are credited toward your total. The remaining balance is due within 7 days.
• If a payment is missed, your access is removed until the payment is received.

05Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are given, including for unused access or a change of mind.

06Access

• Access is lifetime, meaning for as long as Spectre operates.
• Your login is for you only and is limited to one device. Sharing your login can get your access removed without a refund.
• Some lessons may unlock on a schedule, depending on your payment plan.

07Content and confidentiality

All Spectre material (lessons, videos, notes, recaps, live sessions and Discord content) belongs to Spvento. You may not copy, record, resell, distribute or publicly post any of it, or share screenshots of it. Sharing or leaking content gets your access removed immediately, with no refund, and I may take legal action.

08Conduct

Be respectful in the community. Harassment, spam, promoting other services, or sharing content outside Spectre can get you removed without a refund.

09Trading risk

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and isn't suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you deposit. Past performance, mine or any student's, does not guarantee future results. You're solely responsible for your own trades and losses.

10Results and testimonials

Results shown on this site and in my content are real, but they aren't typical, and individual results vary. Your results depend on your own effort, discipline, capital and the market. I make no guarantee that you'll pass an evaluation, get funded, receive a payout, or make money.

11Your information

When you apply, I collect what you submit: your name, email, phone, Discord or Instagram, and your answers. I use it only to review your application, contact you about Spectre, and schedule calls. I don't sell your information.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spvento isn't liable for any trading losses, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Spectre. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Spectre.

13Changes

I may update these terms. The current version is always at spvento.com/terms.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
